The service was super attentive (the WhatsApp service was great), the complex was clean, well furnished - and the bath (built into the floor) in our suite will live long in the memory. We also used the spa facilities (massage) and had the romantic meal for two (staging was lovely). The latter was five courses and the quality was top drawer.

Gave us complimentary welcome drinks. Jasmine was really friendly & helpful - made the check in process really smooth. The room was lovely, clean & spacious. Overlooking an amazing view from the balcony. Breakfast was nice & Vinicius was attentive and friendly. We also tried their dinner menu & pool snacks. The food was outstanding.

it’s a beautiful location in a nice neighborhood and with stunning scenery. it’s very private and not busy and you feel like it’s a quiet retreat from the chaos of rio- the service on every level was fabulous. we would definitely recommend it and although we were one of only two couples there we felt very safe and comfortable.
